My eldest son took me to dinner last night and we had Chinese. There's a good likelihood that there was more salt than I'm used to but I made really good choices. For the main meal, I had the hibachi with beef strips and lots of veggies. I also had some teriyaki chicken (picked those without extra sauce) and a couple short ribs. But the best part of the evening was getting to spend time with just him. And HE said he wants to start getting together every week for dinner. Looking forward to some extra time. And he didn't let me pay lol. Very proud of who he is. Good guy.

So the weight is salt/water and will come back off. I'll increase my liquids today to flush it out. And it's FRIDAY PEOPLE!!!
