Wow! Nice drop today. I’m trying calorie averaging over a week’s time. I’m using a spreadsheet to track it, averaging 1500 calories/day. Sticking close to 1200 Sunday-Thursday, then increasing it so I can have wine and a little more food on Friday and Saturday. Interesting to see what happens.
207.6 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
