Ahhh pork rinds, why you no love me? Had some yesterday but the salt just hits me. Oh well, no up on the scale and more water today. This is why I don't buy them. Pork affects me the same but not in the form of ham which I always thought was weird.

Best friend unexpectedly in town overnight so glad we got some girl time. Plus.she's the only one who can cut my hair. Hate having her out of state but happy for her journey. I'll be home base for her today as she sees family and friends but more hang out time later.

Laundry and errands today if I can get son to bring me to the grocery. Need coffee for tomorrow if nothing else. Cooking for the week and binge watching Fringe. Love that show and that it's included in my Amazon prime lol. Hoping for my next drop tomorrow am.
