Today I finally broke the fast. Now I am starting the healthy eating regimen. No problems during the fast of 11 days, so I think the challenge lies ahead in eating healthy from now on and don't binge.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

good luck on the eating healthy im sure you can do it! although i have to admit i am worried about moving to norway because i do have a penchant for norwegian bread and norvegia cheese its going to be hard for me to stay away!
