I did drop some weight but I think that I will have to start working out a little more and eat a little less and gee think that is the whole secret to losing weight. My next big challenge is to get to 170 pounds and that will take a little time but I will get it done.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
