So it was a restful evening at home for my Husbands birthday. I got him a decadant slice of chocolate cake with ganache frosting and he loved it. I did not even taste what got on my fingers from slicing it. I did have some russel stover sugar free mint patties. I am also hoping they will help me with the constipation that the codeine has assisted in. I have been taking the stool softener daily with the cough medicine and I know it is helping a little but I think it could be better.

I got my other soup made yesterday and had that for lunch and at dinner. I will be freezing and refridgerating in separate containers...this REALLY helps me out a lot.

So looks like things are still moving along nicely and I am very pleased.
230.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
