So much for keeping up with my challenges!I failed miserably.
On a more positive note, I weighed in this morning at 188.0!! And I measured in 2.5" off my largest waist measurement; 2" off the hips and 1.75" off my bust. How? I believe it's because I have cut back dramatically on the Mountain Dew and have started drinking Lipton's green tea, citrus and raspberry flavor teas with more than 1/2 the calories - not the diet stuff either. The bloat isn't there, I can almost feel my ankles again. The clothes still aren't the most comfortable, but I can feel the difference. Now if only I would keep up with my walking!
And if I could just quit my job. This hopefully will become a reality soon. Time will tell.
