Returned to induction on tuesday of this week, I had gained up to 134 this time, so here we go again, I want 105 so bad I can taste it, lets see if I want it bad enough to stay the course and walk away from harmful flour and sugar!
130.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
