Hit the gym for an hour on Saturday. Later did the Wii Bowling with Amaya for appx 15 minutes. I ached like hell that night but it was a good ache.

Sunday I hit the Wii system again then went Pumpkin Picking with the kids. I really felt the workout from Saturday.

Today I'll hit the gym again. I plan on doing at least 30 mins on the treadmill then find a trainer to teach me to use the machines to tone my arms and stomach area.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
