Yikes! Gained weight! Totally stressed these days. Haven't worked out and been eating lots of starch!! I gotta get it together fast.

I need to go down to at least 285 for my knees to stop hurting but I just don't have it in me. The mind wants to start right now while my body is a lazy, greedy shit.

Gotta syke myself out to get back into the groove.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
