Well it's been a bit over 2 weeks since my last weigh-in... I was expecting 4-5lb...

I lost 14.8!!!

310.0 lb Lost so far: 73.2 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wish I had one to sell... Tonight's the first exercise I've done for weeks and I've been eating [u]more[/u] since the end of my big push. I guess the change to my diet was enough to make push my metabolism into high gear.
