foot hurts after eliptical

205.5 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb. Still to go: 20.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.2 lb a week

I know the feeling after using the elliptical for about 30 minutes my foot goes numb. I can't feel it by the time I hit 50.
