Thank You.... Thats is an excellent way to look at it, I never thought about it that way! I am just being a whinny baby today! Trying to keep my chin up!

We all get whinny! Ilike BHA's way of thinking, but remind you that sometimes we don't lose anything for a week, or two, or three and the challenge is to NOT GIVE UP. Our old bodies are screaming at us go FEED them SUGAR...ignore that inner monster!!!!

Ah, 1 pound is 4 times what I lost this week, Wendy. Next week will be better!!! It can be so frustrating, when we are doing exactly what we are supposed to do, and the result is less than what we had hoped for. But upward (or should I say downward) and onward!! We will succeed, even if it is just a sliver at a time!!!

Wendy, just because the scale isn't showing it, you might be losing inches. And those are so much better.

Wendy, keep up the good work, your progress so far is amazing! By the way - I used your recipe for the jalapeno sausage poppers, they are great!
