Still at the same weight for the past 3 weeks. Wish the weight would start dropping again. :/
157.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

have you been able to successfully complete a two week or longer clean induction? (I can't tell from your logs) why are you already in OWL?

our group does not believe in owl, until we've reached a 30 lb loss, so we can redefine new eating habits. hidden carbs, calories and the wrong friends giving the wrong advice can be a bad combination. read jouranals and see how many times your "friends" lose and gain the same weight, before you listen to their advice.
