Still up down up down! I can't figure out what i'm doing wrong. I've tried inceasing fat, decreasing fat, more exercise, less calories, more calories.......I really want to hit my next goal. October 18th of 149.5. I have a little less that four lbs to lose in 14 days! But I've lost nothing in the last 18 days. I have stuck to atkins almost 100% and my cheats have been a little carrot and half a pear. But my carbs have always been less that 35. i'm wondering if I need to drop my carbs back to 20......I am trying to get more foundational veggies in I sometimes have a hard time get a wide variety of veggies in.
I will keep trying! I will keep losing maybe just not at my ideal pace!
