I have tried everything I have researched, to maintain a positive attitude, and follow a healthy life style, but the motivation and commitment are still lacking. I have not applied the two methods I feel will change my commitment, meditation and self-hypnosis, as I have not achieved the means, or methods, for applying these processes. As I have stated before, the answer lies between my two ears.... it is all self-application that will lead to my success. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
