OK, new scale pointing me right, going to start food now..

But its been a ok week, some sugar introduced, but trying to stya off that..

not home veyr much, more or less living at the girlfriends.. New scale shows 138.1, but rather round it up
305.3 lb Lost so far: 82.7 lb.    Still to go: 84.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
