Again the scale acts up, it flips between 142 and 139 , getting a 2nd scale to use as a 2nd opinion.. seems weird.. im sticking to dieting, calories might be a bit high some days (1800ish) but we make sure to make up for it..

Gf status still active..
307.4 lb Lost so far: 80.6 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
