New scale, and look what happens when I don't weigh every day! I guess 1 lb isn't too bad considering there was a vacation included in the week. Now, to get out of the 190s...
198.6 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
