not been losing weight on a stand still/ oh well it will come off .
Been on the program 100%
186.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The chocolate shake and atkins bars might be the reason for your stall. I've never had deer meat - what does it taste like?

Also, you can lose fat and not see the scales move (especially when you eat high protein). Like SamEatsLess said, some people have problems with the bars and shakes. So maybe try switching them for real food and see what happens.
