Elizabeth is this a DD?? Stevia in the Raw has sugar in it. I could not lose using it. Need pure Stevia.I would not eat black olives on Induction. Meat, eggs and hard cheese with 7 to 8 green olives and a loose cup of lettuce. Use ACV and EVOO for the dressing.....You will melt :)

I did not know that stevia in the raw has sugar in it!! Do you use the liquid stevia?? I thought black olives were ok but I love green olives too so that is great. Thanks for the advice!! Oh, and I'm not sure what you mean by DD??

Black olives are allowed on Induction. I can't comment about any sort of Stevia, because I use Truvia. Good luck, Elizabeth! I'll be here for you.

I've written a journal entry that lists all of the foods and beverages that are permitted during the Induction phase of the Atkins diet. I hope this will help until your book arrives. :) Happy eating!
