Half a pound down this week but I'll take it!! So much better than a gain. And, at least I am still under 200 pounds. That is amazing to me! I also had a happy experience this week. I wore a pair of size 14 grey dress pants! They were a bit tight but not uncomfortable. The last time I tried to wear them I could not even get them to button. Yay!!!

OK so I have another quick question. Last night I used a ketone stick and according to that I'm in ketosis. This morning when I got up for some reason I thought I'd check it again (before I ate) and was not in ketosis. Should I be worried about this or does it happen sometimes?? How often should you be checking?

So I had this brilliant idea to try water with a tablespoon of lemon juice and a few drops of liquid stevia and I loved it!! I think I am starting to find my legs so to speak with this WOE. It's not at all about everything you are giving up, it is about all the healthy ways you can eat what you can, And, being creative with it. Then, add weight loss, energy, and all around better health to the mix and how could I possibly want to go back??!!
