This WEEK I am determined to get out of the 150's-down at least to 150 if not less. This would be an great achievement for me being in the low 150s for many many weeks due to cheating here and there. Sooooooo no cheating here and there this week. I want to keep it clean and get AWAY from 50's-am hating that number!!!!!!! Doing in on phase 2-phase 1 gets me frustrated and causes me to cheat.........Happy weekend FS guys!
151.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
