Yikes! I hope most of this gain is monthly water weight but because I fell off the diet for 3 days in a row I can't be sure. I don't know why it happens like this--that one bad day turns into three... It's back in control now and I finished the week off really good. Sometimes I feel like I have less self-control during this week of the month but part of me has always considered that kind of attitude an excuse.. Ah well, I'm relieved that the waist measurement hasn't changed and I'm crossing my fingers for next week's weigh-in.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.5 lb a week

I do that, 5 days on 2 days off, we all have to get more self conrol, need to find someone to blame ha ha

Hang in there, don't let one minor setback discourage you! At least with your weekly weigh-ins, you will know if the gain is attributed to the montly water retention, and will be able to account for it (and not get discouraged) in the future. I hope this is a great week for you!
