Tomorrow is October 1. I made a New Year’s resolution January 2 of this year to lose weight. It’s the first time ever that I kept a resolution. I would like to finish and reach my goal.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 September 2018:
1676 kcal Fat: 60.21g | Prot: 203.39g | Carb: 75.71g.   Breakfast: Cooked Mushrooms (from Canned, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Egg, Oscar Mayer Traditional Bacon. Lunch: Publix Large Shrimp. Dinner: Bob Evans Original Mashed Potatoes, Loin Pork Roast (Lean and Fat Eaten). Snacks/Other: Kraft Macaroni & Cheese as Packaged. more...
