Well, once again I have let myself down. I did fantastic during the day yesterday, then that evening I went nuts. I had FOUR pieces of stuffed crust pizza (with pepperoni & jalapenos), I had SEVEN beers, half a choco milk, some sweet tea and a smidgen of coke. THANK GOODNESS the weekend is at an end. Back to business as usual! Hopefully, by next weekend I will have been at this diet long enough to see great results and I wont want to go mental with all the eating. On a brighter side, I (somehow) lost 6 ounces yesterday.
