I believe its time to buy a new scale. How could I possibly weigh 184.6 three days in a row?? So strange.
I did good yesterday, up until about 9pm. I found out that I got the job I was wanting and they asked me to start TODAY!! Excitement and fear (I hate getting up early for work).
SO, my husdband bought some wine to celebrate and failed to mention the alcohol content was extremely high in it. I feel like (#%@ this morning and its my first day back to work in two years. I'm a really winner, huh? Sheesh. Anywho, I had pizza and doritos last night. Definitely not the diet of champions. That was my celebration meal.
Todays Menu:
Eggs and parm
veggie burrito
protein shake
celery and hummus.
We'll see how far I get today with this. Fingers crossed and pray for me that I can be strong and lose this friggin weight!!

Well, I didnt gain yesterday, but I also didnt lose. Going to follow through 100% today because there are no weekend distractions to knock me off track. I hope by next weekend I will have been following my diet perfectly and will see weight loss (at least another three lbs by Friday) and I will not want to let those distractions mess with me again!!
I woke up at 4:45 this morning to electrical problems in one portion of my house, so by 6am I was wide awake and decided to walk on the treadmill. WOW, that was a good but bad idea. Our air doesnt work and its 81 degrees in my house. Needless to say, after 20min of walking at a high incline I was FINISHED. I couldnt breathe (that would have a lot to do with me being 70lbs overweight) and was sweating like a wh*re in church (another part of being overweight...but the heat didnt help).
Heres to another day full of healthy foods and lots of exercise.

Well, I didnt do super bad, but I didnt follow my plan either. Instead of my protein shake, I gave in to the can of tomato soup that has been stairing at me... plus some mozzarella cheese. For my snack, I had popcorn instead of celery and hummus. Shame on me. Its better than the four pieces of pizza and beer I had last night though!
My sodium today was through the roof :( and the carbs just keep creeping up.
I have full faith I will do much better tomorrow!

Well, once again I have let myself down. I did fantastic during the day yesterday, then that evening I went nuts. I had FOUR pieces of stuffed crust pizza (with pepperoni & jalapenos), I had SEVEN beers, half a choco milk, some sweet tea and a smidgen of coke. THANK GOODNESS the weekend is at an end. Back to business as usual! Hopefully, by next weekend I will have been at this diet long enough to see great results and I wont want to go mental with all the eating.
On a brighter side, I (somehow) lost 6 ounces yesterday.
