I am a stay at home mom. I have a daughter of my own and three step children who live with me. I LOVE to cook, watch sports, travel and BE LAZY (hence the weight gain). Oddly enough, I also like to workout, but only when I have some good music to listen to and keep my mind off the fact I'm actually up and doing something! HAHA
Only one time in my life have I ever been at my normal weight range, and that was when I was 21 until I was 26. After having my daugther and staying home all the time I have gradually put on more and more weight. I am determined to lose all my weight by Dec 31, 2010. I want to start the new year thin and not by making promises to myself to get healthy (promises I could never keep!).

To get rid of fat, don’t eat before workout
When I used to go to the gym, I would go @ 5am with only coffee and water in my belly. I worked out (really hard) for an hour and never felt tired, dizzy, sluggish, etc... Everyone is different. I would say try it once and see how you react to it. If its not for you, eat a protein bar or fruit before working out.

The Lemonade Diet
I did the lemonaide diet for eight days... stoped @ day 8 b/c i hadnt lost any weight. My husband stopped @ day seven b/c he was losing TOO MUCH weight (he makes me sick lol). Everyone is different.

Losing in clumps?
Hi, KingCole. I believe stress plays a MAJOR role in weight loss! I know the last time I dieted I lost a good bit of weight (a pound or two) on Monday and Tuesdays, then the rest of the week only a few ounces here and there.
Congratulations on what you have lost! Thats excellent. Have you checked to make sure you get the same amt of water each day? Carry a gallon jug around with you and make sure its empty by the time you go to bed. I have a jug that holds 64oz of water. I drink three of them a day... one for lunch, snack and dinner (coffee for breakfast of course haha).
