I quit smoking on Friday,August 17, 2012
211.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 71.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go! I hope you can stick with it. I've never smoked, but have watched many people try to stop and I know it's hard to do. You can do it, though!

Good for you! It's not easy I know. I quit 30 some years ago and I have no will power so if I can do it you can too! First couple of weeks are the hardest - just hang in there.
