I've realized I can do this. No matter how hard it is or how long it takes, I will lose 86 pounds. It's slow, and it's hard, but I'm building a stronger, healthier me in the process. How can that be a bad thing?
I'm a wife, step-mother to two boys, and mom to two cats and two parakeets and grandmother to a bunny rabbit. I turned 30 in December and realized there is no better time than now to turn my life around. I started my weight loss adventure in May 2012 after taking a good long look at myself in the mirror without clothes on and without trying to suck anything in. Talk about an "ah ha" moment! I've always wanted to get down to 130. This time, I will. No turning back and no giving up!
