So I really stepped up yesterday (06/03)... I mean here is a girl who partied on Wednesday night, got almost no sleep, got up at some un-godly hour of the morning for work, and still some how found the energy to drag her red eyed, tired out ass to the gym after work... it was certainly no 11 or 13 mile work out like I would have liked to have done... but I did do 5 1/2 miles on the elliptical which burned a good 625 calories... and I did do my weights, so I mean over all that's way better then the no workout I wanted to do... alot better then the nap I wanted to be taking... and I truly believe it is thanks to pushing myself on nights like that, that I have gotten down three more pounds...

Funny story about that actually, Justin and me were just being silly and decided to weigh ourselves Wednesday night and when his scale said 162 I definitely did not beleive it, I was sure his scale was off, so then he dragged me to Stu's bathroom and we weighed me on there also and it said 162 also... and I was like "Ok so you both have broken scales, that doesn't prove anything" lol... I mean losing this weight has been such a slow slow process I couldn't have imagined jumping down another 3 or so pounds in just a little over a week... so then I weighed myself when I got home and still it read 162 and this morning again I weighed myself, 162... the thought that I am only a short 3 pounds from getting into the 150's makes me so excited you don't even know... it also motivates me so much... I mean I think for the first time I really feel like this might all be possible... that one day I might be Justin's size... I really want this and I'm going to keep fighting hard for it.

So on another topic of exciting good news Justin's gonna come over tomorrow night for dinner with me and my mum :) I'm really excited about it... and today I'm spending time with one of my old friend's Chrissy after work... so all and all things are looking pretty up today. If anyone actually takes the time to read this I hope your day goes great :)
162.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is great! I like the hardcoreness. ;) Partying and then working our like that the next day is ROUGH.. haha Good stuff XD

Hehe thanks for the words of encouragement :) I felt pretty hard core... lol... it was so hard dragging my ass there
