At one point I weighed 500 pounds... This was back in September of 2008. Today, I am down in the lower spectrum of the 200s, and now am mere pounds away from my goal!! You just have to have faith in your ability to withstand your cravings, work exercise into your daily routine and keep your eyes on the "prize" and before you know it, you will be at your goal!
