That is a fantastic weight loss. Keep up the good work and unless you like to torture yourself, I would recommend only weighing yourself once a week. Keep on doing whatever you are doing and don't quit. It is working for you so be happy!

I'm doing about the same...I have told myself a couple times that compared to other programs, this one rocks! So we are so much farther ahead, just think how we'll be in a few more weeks? Time goes by fast...hang in there!!
