gah! I worked so hard this week. every morning I got up and exercised for 45 mins in the bike, sometimes exercising later in the afternoon on the treadmill and one netball game. following 1200 calories....where did I go wrong? must need to push harder. get up earlier.

You're building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you don't lose weight, might even gain it.

You should be so proud of yourself! You have NOT done any thing wrong. Your body gains muscle very quickly adding weight to you, but that's a good thing. TRUST ME! Muscle burns fat so in time the weight will come off. ...Remember, protein helps muscle rebuild and getting plenty of water helps flush toxins and fat out of your body.

Thanks! I thought it might have been muscle, just feel a little deflated, but motivation to push harder lol! I drink about 3litres of water per day.
