Calorie intake
Thanks! I was hoping to get something really accurate as i know this website it really just a rough estimate.

Calorie intake

I have a quick question. I have recently started exercising alot lately. I do 45 minutes on the bike (hills) every morning and later that afternoon (most days) I will run for 30 minutes (Sprints) and then do some weights for 15 minutes.

How much should I increase my calorie intake to, as I am currently only eating 1200 calories. I am trying to lose weight and don't want to eat too much, but then don't want to eat too little and starve my body which will send me backwards in the long run.

Please help!
