Calorie intake
Thanks! I was hoping to get something really accurate as i know this website it really just a rough estimate.

Calorie intake
Hi!

I have a quick question. I have recently started exercising alot lately. I do 45 minutes on the bike (hills) every morning and later that afternoon (most days) I will run for 30 minutes (Sprints) and then do some weights for 15 minutes.

How much should I increase my calorie intake to, as I am currently only eating 1200 calories. I am trying to lose weight and don't want to eat too much, but then don't want to eat too little and starve my body which will send me backwards in the long run.

Please help!

gah, food and exercise is hard to control, with a wedding in 5 weeks and a possible cancellation of a wedding in 5 weeks, its hard to stick to it, but ...

about time I lost weight again.....working so hard but not seeing much difference
