I'm over it. And just about ready to throw in the towel!
164.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I went and checked out your food log. Here is what I am suggesting: first line of attack is cut carbs. I noticed that you are above 100 MOST days. Cut it down between 50-100 grams. How do you do this? limit your fruit, yogurt and breads. Increase your calories overall to 1450 How do you do this? Increase your protein and VEGGIE carbs with a bit more fat from (olive oil, butter and or coconut oil). Try this for a week and see how you feel, if you lose anything etc etc and let me know how things look! :)
