I'm finally at 200lbs!

The last time I remember to be at this weight was in the beginning of 2008 when we celebrated the New Year in Puerto Vallarta. Of course, by the end of that trip I had gained about 10 lbs.

This is actually sort of 'deja vu'. I'm about to head on vacation next week and, once again, I'll be faced with a lot of temptations. I wonder if things will be a repeat of 4 years ago. Here's hoping not.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats!!! Just remember for your trip, there is nothing wrong with a few treats as long as you keep limits on it and make sure most of your food is healthy.
