Now seeing the true weight loss numbers post rehydration. Feeling good.

Snack Update - Ok, I had a Hershey's chocolate bar at night. I can't help it. Haven't had chocolate in over a month...need to get a fix. :)
237.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 57.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I crave chocolate about once a month also. I make vegan chocolate cupcakes but I use wheat flour and ideal baking sugar. They are low in fat and calories! If you like peanut butter and chocolate you could try making a icing from peanut butter. Just add a little water with the tablespoon of PB so you can spread it easily and smear it on top. YUM! I think I'll make some tomorrow if I have time. I make all my treats in either muffin or mini muffin size. It's easier for me to track serving size and do portion control.

I loooooooove chocolate. I had a hershey's bar in the freezer. I have had it in there for over a month. I just needed to taste it. It was grand. Regardless of having the bar, I weighed myself this morning and I am still on track to keep losing weight. I just have to stay on my plan. I leave for London on Saturday night for a 2 week business trip and I hope that I can find healthy food there. Business trips tend to be eatfests...ugh.
