Here we go again. Jumping back up 2 pounds for who knows what reason! Have I mentioned I HATE trying to lose weight. It is so flippin hard for me. My weight history since January has been the same and is very frustrating
163.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
