So I only lost .2 since yesterday but it's loss. I've lost 2 lbs in two days so I know that's not bad. I weighed myself after exercising and I was 165.4, I lost a whole pound sweating, gross, but at least I had a good workout.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
