focusing on low insulin spike foods (different from low glucose spike foods). core KETO minus beef and some fish... pork and chicken are lower in Insulin spike rating.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 63.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
