trying to figure out why I am not loosing weight, and just maintaining weight while eating keto meal. read an article that talked about too much protein in a keto diet which leads to glucose being created from excess protein. I have gained an inch in the waist, and been stuck at 222 for a while. so BACK TO BASICS.. I have not been tracking my food stamps nor macros in a while, will focus on 2k in calories, and keep protein to less than 100g a day. need to up my fat. I am still doing daily intermittent fasting.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 61.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

try eating a heavy calorie meal then reset to basic keto, might help jump start your metabolism again. usually works for me if I hit a stall 
Thank you, yeah, last 3 months have been difficult... Trying to get back to basics, so yeah, heavy meal, will try that.

Are you exercising while doing the Keto diet? We have to burn more calories than we take in to lose weight. 💚
