Finally I am getting some results! Today I drove past Sonic on the way home from golf and didn't stop in for an ice cream cone. This was a major victory for me because I really wanted the ice cream cone. I was so proud of myself when I drove right on by!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
