I have got both hands gripped tight on a new way of eating! I’m actually 60g over on my carbs daily but I have to work and that would be impossible without eating at least some decent meals! Protein 200g fats under 87g and carbs at 280g daily! Feeling good! Pushing really good weight in the gym and at a very steady 16st+!! ☺️☺️☺️
I am very very happy💪🏻
229.1 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
