I was doing so well with working out and then Saturday I got bit in the leg by a dog while out running, so that threw a wrench in things. I ran a little on it today, because it is feeling better, but I did have to take rest days I didn't want to. Going to have to get pepper spray before I run outside again.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
