My anniversary. I took the night off. It's the first time in more than two months, so I'm not feeling terrible about it. My guts are reacting badly to the increase in fats, though. Yikes!
191.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Oh I know what you mean! My body has an absolute hissy fit when I feed it fast food, not good, not good. :)
