The activia doesn't work, fiber one gives me mad gas, and I don't know how I could eat anymore fresh veggies or whole grains. What to do? This happens once a week. And when I GO, then I'm back down. What the??
191.4 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What about just some regular old yogurt? Nothing that promises to be an internal enema, just old fashioned yogurt?
