Whoohoo! Just had my second week weigh in and I lost 7lbs, 19lbs total so far on atkins and 47 down from my highest weight. I love that my body is responding so well to this LC way of eating!
296.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 161.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
