Well, everything was fine until last night. I always seem to fall down at night... need to come up with some coping strategies for those after dinner cravings for sweets.

Just a suggestion . Try Fat free pop corn . Its about 15 calories per cup, and its very satisfying

Also a suggestion that is helping me: I do my exercise (walking) in the early evening after dinner. When I come home, I follow this routine: stretch my body and allow my muscles to cool down, do the dinner dishes or make foods for the next day, drink a full glass of water (re-hydrate the muscles after they have cooled down post-workout), and then I love to treat myself to a serving or 2 of Sugar Free Jell-O while I catch up on a show saved on DVR or some computer time to enter my foods for the day. Sometimes I find that I don't even want anything to eat after all that. I have to force myself to get out of the house or keep myself busy from after dinner until about 9:00pm, otherwise I fall into the same trap that you feel. What I'm doing helps me, and so I figured I'd share. :) Oh also during that time, I occasionally prepare foods for the next day if I haven't had the chance to do so already. That keeps me prepared and focused on my goals, and it makes me fight against my cravings.
