I'm a 40 year old Systems Administrator with a 6 year old daughter, two cats a dog and a husband. DH and I went on a cruise in November 2009, and when we got back and I saw the pictures I almost cried. Feb 2010 I started something new. I was 296 lbs., and I thought, if I can change one thing at a time, I'll eventually loose all the weight it's taken me 15 years (and a pregnancy) to put on. It's now 2012. I'm down to 227.8. I was down to 215, and the last three months have been a free for all, so I need to start something new and get back on track. I work out almost every day, and have for the last year and a half, and I go hiking at least 3 times a month, so I'm pretty happy with my physical activity, but I need to get control of my eating again. I do best when I write EVERYTHING down... it helps keep me honest. I also have to weigh myself EVERY day... or I start to lie to myself again. So, my goal for this tool is to stay accountable, get back on track, and not let the business of life and work get in the way of health. This is not a diet. This is how I will live my life.
